Elite Lighting if the result of a family tradition started by Robert Daughters’ father. Growing up in Toledo, Ohio, the Daughters house was the most lit up, cheerful, glowing home on the block during the holiday season. When Robert had a family of his own, he decided to continue his family’s tradition and always made sure his house spelled out the holidays in the form of lights each Christmas season. 

Pretty soon the neighbors were asking if Robert could help them decorate their houses for Christmas as well. Robert just loved seeing the smiling faces of his neighbors children once the lights were up and the holiday season felt more real for them as a result. Thereafter, not just a business was born but Robert’s passion realized- helping more people beam…literally. 

As the business has grown over the years, Robert realized that there are more areas in which he could help people beam beyond just the holiday season- weddings, parks, corporate environments, and the list goes on. Realizing he needed help, Robert sought out a business partner that had professional experience in commercial and landscape lighting and someone who saw the customers’ satisfaction as the top priority. This search led him to the person that would help Robert take the company to the next level, Jose Mejia. Together Robert and Jose have been able to service vast areas of California and will be taking the business into other states in the near future to help more people beam.
